Our Master Distiller, Robert Fleming, created this small batch bottling by specially selecting Tomintoul aged in exceptional ex-bourbon American oak barrels, which are then married and finished in hand selected Madeira wine barrels sourced from Portugal’s Madeira Islands.

The process of ‘finishing’ creates a beautifully rich, complex & full flavoured single malt scotch whisky.

Tasting Notes

Nose

Inviting aromas of cherry crumble, sultanas and baking spices with hints of oatmeal flapjacks and cocoa.

Palate

Layers of summer fruit pudding, raspberry coulis, ginger biscuits and salted caramel with creamy panna cotta and cedar spices.

Finish

Warming impressions of honey and raisin porridge, pink peppercorn and chocolate cherry liqueurs lingering long on the tongue.
