Our Master Distiller, Robert Fleming, created this small batch bottling by specially selecting Tomintoul aged in exceptional ex-bourbon American oak barrels, which are then married & finished in hand selected Madeira wine barrels sourced from Portugal’s Madeira Islands.

The process of ‘finishing’ creates a beautifully rich, complex & full flavoured single malt scotch whisky.

Tasting Notes

Nose

A bouquet of summer berries, spiced fruits and ginger biscuits with chocolate orange and baking spices.

Palate

Layers of juicy cantaloupe melon, brambles and candied peels with chocolate mousse, syrup flapjacks and toasted oak.

Finish

Cosy cake spices and cacao with highlights of ripe banana, vanilla panna cotta and marmalade.
